Policies


Cancelations

All services require a 25% deposit fee at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. 

A 24-hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. You can also cancel/reschedule online through the App. 


Grace Period

Please arrive 10-minutes early to your appointment. If you are running late, you must let us know immediately. Once 15 minutes has past from the scheduled time with no contact, the appointment will be considered a "no show'.

Clients who are late to their appointment must pay in full for all services scheduled, regardless if the services provided were limited due to time constraint.

The provider has the right to deny service to a client if they arrive 10 minutes or later to their scheduled appointment. Canceled services will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the service. 


No Shows

A "No Show" is when a person makes an appointment and neither attends or cancels it. 

"No shows" will lead to a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. Having multiple 'no show' appointments require making a 100% deposit fee when booking any services moving forward.


Rescheduling

With a 24-hr advance notice, all appointments may be rescheduled two times after the initial booking without losing the deposit. A third time forfeits the initial deposit and a new 100% deposit fee is required when booking your next appointment.

Rescheduling within the 24-hours will require a new 25% deposit.  A fee equivalent to 50% of the service may be charged if you try to reschedule within 2 hours before the scheduled time.
 



Signature Magic Skincare may, in its sole and absolute discretion, block anyone from booking appointments at anytime for any reason or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions.
